Day 7
Yesterday was a bit of a crazy day. I went to London Comicon with my boyfriend and his friend, and it involved a lot of walking. I saved my 'cheat meal' for yesterday as well, because I knew that I'd probably want to eat something naughty whilst walking around Comicon!
To be fair, I didn't start the day off too bad. I had a good healthy breakfast and a coffee, then set off to Comicon. We were walking around for about 4 hours that morning, then stopped to have lunch. Subway was the lunch venue of choice (also not too bad) and I had a lovely sandwich. There was a place at Comicon that was doing waffles with ice cream, chocolate and fruit and I really really wanted one. But we ended up not going back to where that was so that saved me from that!
However, for dinner I had KFC which was very naughty and officially turned my 'cheat meal' into more of a 'cheat day'! However, according to my Fitbit, I burned over 800 calories from walking around all day yesterday so I definitely chose the right day to have a 'cheat day'.
I don't feel bad for eating all that food though, because it was a one off. On a normal Sunday that wouldn't happen because I wouldn't be going to an event, so I'm not worried that I'm going to loose my flow and go 'off the rails' again and eat loads of food. A girls gotta live, right?
Apart from yesterday, I've been very good with my eating and exercise. I'm back on my 'meal plan' today and I've calculated all my calories for the day and at the moment (with dinner included) I'm at 1,027 calories so I have room for a snack if I get peckish later. I may even have a protein shake after I go to the gym after work.
I'm going to 'officially' weigh in on Thursday 1st November, so I'll be able to see if I managed to keep off those initial 3lbs I lost, even though I had KFC at the weekend. Fingers crossed!
Today is a pretty good day for me. I'm quite busy at work which means my days go quick, and I'm actually looking forward to going to the gym tonight (who am I?).
